Nicole Pope serves as the Director of Operations and Certification Project Manager for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). With a background in healthcare management and operations, Nicole has been a pivotal member of the NBHWC team since 2016, to include playing a crucial role in the development and launch of the first NBHWC board exam.

With a passion for bringing standardization and recognition to the field of health coaching, Nicole is committed to advancing the profession through rigorous certification standards and innovative operational strategies. She has a proven track record of finding ways for organizations to run more smoothly and she loves a good spreadsheet. Nicole was raised in Minnesota, spent 14 years in Georgia, and has settled in Arizona where she enjoys the dry heat. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing endless card games with her family, and devouring books.
